What is BAO?
This airy delight is a distant Asian relative of our steamed buns. From there, thanks to their popularity, these buns have traveled the world, leading to an increase in their diversity. A small half-moon-shaped bun with a horizontal fold boasts a sweeter taste compared to dumpling dough, combining with a spicy filling to create an unforgettable gourmet experience.
